Unlike many other templates, the Align it DS3 maps the entire tonearm curve from the outer to the inner zero point.
This is a great advantage for both beginners and professionals, as it makes the process much more convenient. You don’t have to constantly rotate your turntable’s platter when you move from the outer to the inner zero point when adjusting your cartridge.
The Align it DS3 stays fixed and unmoving on the platter during adjustment and you don’t have to worry about finding the right position again and again.
Choose one of the 3 most popular geometries printed on the Align it DS3. Each has different advantages:
- Baerwald: Excellent all-rounder, ideal starting geometry.
- Löfgren B: Optimizes scanning in the middle plate area.
- Stevenson: Maximizes sampling at the beginning and end of the record.
Align it DS3 is suitable for all Pro-Ject turntables and many turntables and tonearms from other manufacturers, depending on their distance between the pivot point and the spindle.
