A real mixed bag

The idea was fine and I will acknowledge the horrific time Auckland is having with everything COVID. Unfortunately, it took two separate email on two occasions to chase my order, which by the team's on admission they had overlooked and forgotten. I nearly received the wrong item, except again for another email circumventing that. Sure, mine was a small purchase but you do need to sweat the small stuff because it turns into big stuff later. To their credit, they did put things right and the item arrived promptly, I just don't like having to chase stores to furfill orders, especially when you do end up waiting months. I won't buy them Rapallo again, because there is a choice.
