ProAc Response D30S Floorstanding Speakers
ProAc developed a specific bass driver for the ProAc Response D30S Floorstanding Speakers using a cone similar to that used in the Response D48.
The cone is made from pulp and mica and is coated with an acoustic dope. It also now features a phase plug to improve detail at the crossover point, giving a more natural sound.
The Response D30S models offer a beautifully flat response. The bespoke bass driver and crossover giving better midrange detail and a wider sound stage.
The D30S offers an exceptional accurate portrayal of the music giving powerful bass and excellent midrange detail with low colouration. This speaker is also easy to drive, through a crossover using the finest quality components and our beautiful nickel silver terminals.
- The ProAc D30RS with ribbon tweeter features the same high quality HF units found in the D48/D48R which allows for an expansive and wide sound that extends further than the cabinet itself. The classic ProAc split crossover design allows for bi-wiring and bi-amping adjustments.
- The ProAc D30DS offers a silk dome air cooled tweeter, utilizing the same high-quality HF units found in the D48/D48R models and so provides an excellently clear and well voiced sound. The classic ProAc split crossover design allows for bi-wiring and bi-amping adjustments.
