The Xilica XP-8080 8 in x 8 out Digital Matrix Audio Processor can be operated stand alone, but ultimate control can be achieved by using the supplied XConsole GUI for Windows XP and Vista. XConsole is Windows-compatible only. To configure your X Series products using a Mac, please use Xilica Designer software. Connectivity over RS232, USB and Ethernet are standard.

The XP-8080 is an 8 in 8 out professional matrix DSP system controller. 24 bit AD/DA conversion and a 40 bit floating point DSP at a 96kHz sampling rate guarantee high end audio quality.
All 8 inputs offer:

- 8 parametric EQ’s, a
- complete filter section (max 48dB) and a
- compressor.
